Our Kamloops Community Classroom is inside a beautiful heritage house in the residential district of Kamloops City Centre! This creates several quiet yet connected rooms and study spaces, including a glass enclosed porch and a huge kitchen for life-skill development. We are a short walk to local parks, businesses, the river, and other learning resources. Book an appointment with our local Program Manager and come have a look!

Students
For the 2023/2024 school year, our class has a dynamic mix of students from ages 6-17. We are currently accepting students within that age range to join our growing class.
We strive to create an environment where each child’s unique strengths and abilities are celebrated and developed. Our classroom gives students the opportunity to develop social skills, life skills, and academic skills in a way that is interesting and engaging to them.

Staff
We are pleased to welcome Stefani Sharp back for another year in the classroom.
Stefani joined us during the 2021/2022 school year and she has been a fantastic fit. Stefani is a fun-loving, educated, and enthusiastic young professional with a strong background in teaching, as well as working with children with diverse abilities. Stefani excels at customizing learning to match each child’s interests and strengths, as well as creating dynamic learning opportunities in the classroom and within the community. Stefani is also supported by our wonderful Educational Behaviour Interventionist, Robyn Goddard.
Robyn has been with the Kamloops Community Classroom for the past three years and she has been an invaluable addition to the classroom. Robyn brings humor, connection, strong boundaries, and an ability to communicate in a clear and compassionate manner.
Stefani and Robyn make a fantastic team, building on each other’s strengths to ensure that they are providing the support that each of our students need.
